Payment Information

Vergabo is free of charge for all buyers.

Suppliers receive their first 5 bids per month free of charge. For additional bids, suppliers can choose between the following plans:

• Starter – 10 bids per month
• Pro – 20 bids per month
• Unlimited – unlimited bids per month

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit cards, SEPA direct debit, and PayPal. Vergabo does not store any payment card data.

All subscriptions are monthly and do not renew automatically. Refunds are only possible in case of technical billing errors. For any payment-related questions, please contact our support team at [email protected].
